Emily Martin Communications and Events was thrilled to host guests at a PLAJ Restaurant dinner event that combined the exquisite Veuve Clicquot and The Caviar Company. We partnered with The Caviar Company, a sister-owned sustainable caviar company local to San Francisco. Their caviar was presented alongside Chef Roberth’s dishes throughout the night.

We cannot express enough how amazing the dinner was. It left our palette happily enjoying every last bite.
