32 Winds & Mascarin Wine Launch

We recently had the pleasure of hosting an unforgettable evening at The Matheson in Healdsburg on Saturday, June 1st. The event featured a spectacular four-course dinner curated by Chef Dustin Valette, owner of The Matheson.

Guests savored each course paired with exquisite wines from 32 Winds and Mascarin Wines. The evening was graced by the presence of several distinguished personalities, including Matt Taylor, winemaker at 32 Winds; Mia Mascarin, owner of 32 Winds and Mascarin Wines; and Dalya Sachs, grower of Mascarin Dalya Estate Chardonnay.

Emily Martin, The JetSetting Fashionista and founder of Emily Martin Events, hosted and organized the event, adding her unique touch to ensure the evening was a resounding success. The intimate setting of The Matheson Mezzanine provided the perfect backdrop for lively conversation, exceptional food, and memorable wine tasting.

The Matheson Mezzanine (private dining room) where the Winemaker Dinner Event took place and where guests were welcomed to sit and begin the wine tasting. This is one of our favorite Luxury Event venues in Healdsburg and we have had the pleasure of hosting many other events here including the 32 Winds Dinner.

The evening’s wine selection was nothing short of extraordinary, featuring the finest offerings from 32 Winds and Mascarin Wines. Matt Taylor, the esteemed winemaker of 32 Winds, showcased his mastery with a selection of their most celebrated vintages

Guests enjoyed Hamachi Crudo by The Matheson culinary team paired with 2021 Mascarin Dalya Estate Chardonnay & 32 Winds Platt Vineyard Pinot Noir Wines.
